Steelheart and Forehead Fit

I’m just about to place an order for a Steelheart from Dietmar and wanted to check if anyone here with one, who is uncut, has any advice on sizing and the foreskin. I’m going for the same internal tube length as my MM Jailbird. Specifically, the hole at the end appears small enough to prevent the CB series issue of a pinched, protruding foreskin—is that accurate?

I am circumcised but still occasionally have some skin sticking out. With the larger (35mm) tube it’s no bother; a quick tug sorts everything back to normal. On the smaller (31mm) tube, though, it takes a bit more work to get it right again.
