Guidance Regarding Cages and Body Piercing

I’ve been dealing with a pretty significant issue lately and haven’t managed to wear my JB for quite some time. For the past two years, the cage has fit perfectly, obviously remaining unchanged! However, right now it feels like there’s something internal being dragged upon. I even visited the surgeon and got an MRI done to check if any inner problems are caused by a) my hernia repair from several years back or b) last year’s vasectomy (check out my blog post about what a total disaster that was!). Fortunately, nothing is wrong internally, but there must be some physical change in me making it very uncomfortable to wear a ball trap device.:(

CQ has also decided—after a few false starts—that I am going to get pierced. However, she (and I) are not keen on how a PA looks; she prefers the appearance of a diode or frenum piercing instead. The first one will be at the frenum. My question is: does anyone know of a tube shaft covering device that can lock onto a frenum style piercing while keeping the balls free? Also, has anyone worn the frenum style before, how was it for you, and did it help her during sex?

I wonder if the CB5000 could be modified to lock onto a frenum? It’s made of plastic, so it shouldn’t be difficult to work with. You could get a wide bar. I’m not sure what kind of locks they have available. Some Loris models are designed for frenum locking, but the pictures make them look quite ugly and bulky.
