pubic hair getting caught by the device

I’m pretty certain you can guess the topic from the title… but does anyone else struggle with their device catching pubic hair and yanking it? I have a CB6000, and it happens constantly. Even after trimming my hair down, it still gets caught. Do any of you handle this issue by shaving completely, or do you manage in another way? Thanks

I keep my hair trimmed rather than fully shaved, so it still catches occasionally. It's just less frequent for me. I usually work around it by breaking the caught hairs.

I shave too! It's not nearly as severe as you might imagine. I actually took detailed notes on this during my vasectomy.:lol:
