I was curious if you could shorten the locking pins. The ring I’m wearing allows one testicle to slip out while keeping the other in place, but downsizing the ring cuts off circulation. Since I already have the shortest pin available, can it be made even shorter?

In principle, anything can be done. I just received my MM Queens Keep. I wasn't entirely happy with the solid ring and preferred the CB-style ring instead. After a few tweaks, I'm now very satisfied. You only need some tools and creativity. It sounds like you have a CB6000 or similar model. If so, simply take one of the longer pins and drill a 5/32-inch hole through it. Then file down the spacer height to match.
