If you have something that puzzles you, post it below and hopefully someone can clarify. Once explained, the explanation will join our permanent list. Thanks for sharing this; the information is very useful.

Thank you Ms. M I’ve added VAT to the list. Some time ago there was a discussion about buying devices where someone explained how non-European buyers could avoid that tax. If anyone recalls where that thread is, please let me know so I can link it here.

member_f2d9b3801d 23 Aug 2026 #4

There’s an explanation of the VAT, or Value Added Tax, on Wikipedia like this:

That’s very helpful! I believe any non-European resident just needs to provide a non-European address to avoid the VAT. It seems all European CD manufacturers offer that option on their sites.

member_75c78a1ec7 24 Aug 2026 #7

I noticed in other posts here that Steelwerks allows you to register as someone who doesn't have to pay VAT. When checking their prices, you'll see the non-VAT rate. If I understand correctly, it's 18%. Wow, we Americans complain about a 6% to 8% sales tax.

member_3b21b87aaa 24 Aug 2026 #8

Hello: I work in International Business, specifically shipping. VAT should only apply to commercial goods, not personal use items. If you buy anything for yourself, whether domestically or abroad, the VAT shouldn't be included in your price. That said, local Customs might still charge it on sales, especially within the EU. Just buying from the US helps!: )

We in the U.S. use inches while most of the world uses metric. Since we’re an international community, I’ve added a link for calculating conversions between metrics. It’s located under Definitions as Calculator. It only does decimal calculations, but there is a chart below it showing decimal equivalents for inch fractions. Before I get teased (given some members' reputations), yes, I noted the irony of the host website.

I’ve noticed piercing comes up sometimes. I don’t have one and admit ignorance on the topic. After doing some research, I think my descriptions are accurate for adding to the list. If anyone knows better, please let me know if they need changes. **PA** – Prince Albert **Prince Albert –** A penis piercing where a ring or curved barbell enters near the frenulum and exits through the urethra at the tip of the penis. ** Frenulum, or Frenum. – **The ridge on the underside of the penis that connects the shaft to the head. ** Frenulum piercing –** A piercing under the shaft, in the stretchy area attaching the foreskin to the penis head. *I believe this can be done for uncircumcised men too, **HELP!*** **Guiche -** pierces the base of the scrotum, between the legs and near the anus.

> member_75c78a1ec7 wrote: > **Fermium – **The ridge on the underside of the penis that connects the shaft to the head. Ummmmmm...I think you mean *frenum*? Fermium is not something you want anywhere near your dick, especially if you plan on having [more] children.:o

> member_1f353e1d87 wrote: > Fermium is not something you want anywhere near your dick, especially if you plan on having [more] children.:o New Avengers character: Mild mannered clerk, Twisted Mister was accidentally locked into a chastity device that has been irradiated with Fermium rays. Now, whenever he gets angry, his genitals turn green and swell to ten times their normal size.

Tom: So is that the real story of how mild-mannered David Banner became "The Incredible Hulk?"

The term I think you are looking for is **Frenulum**, or sometimes **Frenum**. Maybe this goes with those nuclear balls?:oops::oops: I had Frenum in Word2010 from my reference site. When I ran a spell check, it changed it to Fermium. I tried again and the same thing happened. Microsoft must figure nobody would notice? Are they *that* vanilla? It's now fixed in my spell checker. So, with spelling errors cleared up, do the definitions look okay?

We seem to be getting more questions about female chastity. I’ve started a Female Chastity section. I began with an info link and device link from another thread. Does anyone have other suggestions for help here?

member_7c19927638 26 Aug 2026 #17

Apparently a new term needs to be added to the common terms list: Chick-fil-A (pegging)

member_75c78a1ec7 26 Aug 2026 #18

Anymouse, I’ve added Chick-fil-A to the list.

member_75c78a1ec7 26 Aug 2026 #20

Just an FYI regarding a change. In Definitions I had an entry called Calculator. The title was misleading about its purpose. I’ve changed the name to Converter. Since we are an international community, I needed to convert mm to inches to better understand references. That’s the point of this link. This conversion site was the easiest one I found. Yes, given some members' reputations here, I do get the irony of using a converter from that specific host website.

member_3a9b91791c 26 Aug 2026 #21

I'm quite surprised none of the really secure devices appear in the list - like My-Steel, Tollyboy and Neosteel.

member_75c78a1ec7 26 Aug 2026 #22

Hi Paulette the Tart and welcome to the Forum. Most of us wear ball trap devices, so I admit I didn't know about any makers of full belts before now. So, I’m going to set up another section but need some info from you. One belt you mentioned was Tollyboy. When I visited their site, they said they were moving soon to Melbourne, Australia and would be ready for orders in a few months. The notice was dated 1 Dec 2011. My questions are: are they still operational? Do you have a more current link?

member_3a9b91791c 26 Aug 2026 #23

No, I don't have any extra info beyond what you do. However, many people already own their belts so they will likely be mentioned regardless of whether the company is still active. It's like My-Steel (which I have) and Neosteel (the most popular).

member_75c78a1ec7 27 Aug 2026 #24

I’ve added Neosteel and My-Steel to the list. When I saw they also made female chastity devices, I included them there too. Until I confirm Tollyboy is still in business, I’ll wait on adding them. Thanks for the recommendations.

Dear Locked by LRC The following terms are used quite often. Could you please add their definitions? Vanilla Cuckold Sissy Cum

member_75c78a1ec7 27 Aug 2026 #26

Linus; thank you for the suggested terms. They have been added. I also included *figging* and of course, *creampie*, a kinky dessert after sex.;)

member_56a3d51043 27 Aug 2026 #27

Hey Locked by LRC, Thanks for creating this list and keeping it updated. I’ve seen several times now and use myself the abbreviation CD for Chastity Device. For us "oldies" I guess it no longer means Civil Defense.

member_469f9b6c1d 27 Aug 2026 #28

Thanks, Locked By LRC "Vanilla" isn't added yet!

member_75c78a1ec7 27 Aug 2026 #29

Yes, I’m finding it a bit tricky to find the right wording. Most sources classify our chastity lifestyle as not being vanilla. For this forum's purposes (*our culture*), I think these definitions will work; **Vanilla Sex - ** *What a culture regards as standard or conventional sexual practice. Often interpreted as sex without elements like BDSM, kink, or fetish activities.* Any comments from anyone?

member_469f9b6c1d 28 Aug 2026 #30

A suggestion - 'an act of simple / natural PIV sex that is conventional / traditional according to each culture'
