Swelling Within The CB6000s

Hi, I just completed my first full day wearing the CB6000s, and it went really well. The only issue was that when I took them off near the end of the period, the tip of my foreskin had swollen up. Fortunately, I left it alone overnight and by morning it was back to normal. I’m curious about where you should place the foreskin inside the tube: do you pull it all the way back or leave it down at the bottom? Is there anything else I should be doing? Thanks!
