Spermatic cord..

I’ve noticed that the spermatic cord on my left testicle is slightly swollen and a bit tender when touched. It isn’t causing any pain, but it feels more sensitive and puffy than the right side. Has anyone else experienced this?:|

This occurs for me every now and then, usually on the right side. My right testicle sits a bit higher, so I believe it bears most of the pressure. Before I got the device size, ring width, and gap just right, I'd occasionally need to adjust (switching between larger or smaller rings) or take the device out briefly until it subsided. Now that things are pretty much dialed in with my current setup, it still happens sometimes but doesn't require removal anymore. Usually, resting overnight is sufficient; if not, I ensure I wear tighter underwear the following day, and so far, it always resolves. That said, safety comes first. If something feels off or doesn't clear up relatively quickly, I would remove the device until things return to normal.
