Left Testicle..

Hey everyone, could you lend a hand? I’ve got this swollen-looking vein on my left testicle. It’s not exactly painful, but it is annoying and has me a bit worried. Could it be a hernia? I’ve taken off the device and stopped wearing my usual cockring for now. I plan to have my doctor look at it tomorrow. Has anyone else dealt with an enlarged vein on their left testicle?? :(

I've seen that too. One of my testicles feels noticeably bigger than the other. It's probably nothing serious, but it's good to get it checked out. Are you vasectomized?
