Hello everyone, I’d like to get some advice from the experts. Everywhere I look and ask, people advise against wearing a cockring for extended periods, yet here we are keeping our devices on for days, weeks, or even months. I’m fairly certain I’ve developed a varicocele in my left testicle due to sleeping with the device attached. I’ve since taken off both the device (which I do miss) and the rings, but I want to avoid causing further harm. I have an ultrasound scheduled for September 14th. Let’s see what happens.:(

Most cock rings are built to limit blood flow into the penis, which helps maintain a longer and firmer erection. Chastity devices, including those employing the trapped ball method, generally shouldn't be tight enough to significantly restrict that blood flow.
