An app for that?

I’ve finally made the switch to a smartphone and was curious if anyone has recommendations for apps useful during chastity play. While I doubt there are dedicated options, do you have any clever tricks or workarounds that you enjoy?

I saw this topic discussed on Twitter recently. A suggestion was made to use a Menstrual Tracker because it helps correlate time with mood shifts and other events. Personally, I just used an application called Secret Diary to keep my journal.
