Do you sleep with them on? I keep a ring that allows me to slip my thumb between it and my skin during the day, but around 4am when I get morning erections, there’s barely enough room for a pencil. Anything smaller wouldn’t last long-term. I followed MM’s recommendation and chose one size down from the CB6000s ring I’d used for months. Unsure how to guide you on the Looker.

From what I've seen, that size is likely where you'll settle, but it might be too snug for your first attempt. Adding the cage and compressing the scrotum will make it feel tighter. If possible, grab both that size and one larger. My journey mirrored yours: starting with a ring similar to the CB series, then going down a notch after roughly a year of use. Note that the space between the MM device's base ring bottom and the cage floor is narrower than in the CB model because the CB has an angled entrance while the MM does not.
