I grabbed a fresh ring last night to swap out the broken one. I’ve honestly lost track of how many CB6000 rings have gone through my hands by now. Those two tiny eyelets are such weak spots. Unfortunately, this new one gave up after just a few hours as well. I feel like I’m at my wit’s end with it. Sure, I could get it swapped under warranty, but that misses the point. The ring really needs to be constructed solid all around instead, featuring holes for the posts to slide in from behind. Those cb2000 rings are practically unbreakable. I’d love to hear how others compare using the 6000 against other light cages such as Birdlocked and Bon-whatever. Thanks for letting me get this off my chest.
