Purchasing and Reviewing the Steelheart Device

I actually picked up a double cock ring with an integrated lock in February. Before it went out, I chatted with Dietmar about adding a Looker 1 cage to the mix. In the end, I decided against the urethral tube and took another route. While I really liked the concept of a steelheart, I worried that the standard 29mm tube would be too narrow and the 35mm one too wide. It turns out he can produce other sizes (always worth asking), so he’s making me a steelheart with a 31mm tube.

Fingers crossed it’s being built this week. I’ve been patient, but now excitement is setting in as I anticipate receiving it. -A

Congratulations, Atone! We’re planning to order either a Steelheart or a Steelheart 2 later this year. Our current plan is to wait until our one-year anniversary in male chastity before placing the order. I look forward to reading your updates on it. Michael

What is the best way to request customizations when ordering from Steelworxx? They have a model called the cb Zero that I’m considering. It looks quite comparable to the JailBird, but I often hear that Steelworxx devices are superior to Mature Metal (and I rarely get negative feedback about MM). Do you recommend it over MM? I think I might just go with them if they can make the cage in a specific diameter for me. Oh! Also, when the description mentions overall length, does that refer to just the cage or the entire device?

Do you recommend it over MM? I’ve been happy with my Mature Metal pieces. The one area where I hope for improvement is the consistency and placement of the gap between the base ring and the tube. I wish he made a cage identical to the Jailbird; that part really appeals to me. I ordered a properly sized penis ring to attach to the base ring so I could fabricate my own solution. That was actually my original plan: take one of my Jailbird cages, cut off the opening ring, and weld it onto the steelworxx ring. Basically, the overall length covers the entire device. If you think you need something different in size, I’d definitely ask him directly. He’s making mine with non-standard dimensions: base ring diameter, penis ring diameter, tube diameter for the steelheart, and length of the steelheart are all custom.

That’s good to know! I’m not sure how I missed his FAQ... The only change I really need is the tube diameter. I fear that 38 mm feels too loose, while 35 mm feels just slightly tight.
