Hi everyone. I’m the father of newborn twins and we’re just starting to play around again as a couple. We definitely don’t want more kids, so my wife has already ruled out me getting snipped for now; I’ll look into it later when things settle down. For now, though, we need reliable contraception while still having sex. So we are looking at different options. I suggested wearing a strap-on harness, which she didn’t say no to, but she also wants the sensation of being with me directly underneath. The issue is that most condoms on the market are advertised as micro-thin, so there aren’t many super thick or heavy-duty ones available unless we double up. However, I’ve come across these penis sleeves (or extensions) and they seem really interesting because I imagine they would block out almost all sensation for me, leading to more frustration. Has anyone here used one? If you have, do you have any recommendations?

I haven't tried it myself yet but I'd love to give it a go. There is one model called the Cobra or Mamba (or something similar) that looks really cool. As for getting snipped, no experience there either, though my wife had hers done during her caesarean section with our last baby—it only took an extra couple of minutes.

We found a silicone sleeve at Eden Fantasies that LRC really likes. She always preferred the Rough Rider condom, so this felt like a natural choice for her. From my perspective as the wearer, I feel absolutely nothing. The sleeve stays on via suction from its tight fit, so even if you aren't fully erect, it won’t slip off. You can see an example at; ... -extension

We use a strap-on with me wearing it and it works perfectly. Personally, I don't see much difference in the experience compared to an extension device. The real key is getting a decent harness. We switched to a Doc Johnson leather one and it’s far superior to the cheaper nylon ones we started with. Depending on my needs, I either wear my chastity belt (cb) or use a small leather strap to tuck myself away out of sight. The weight of the dildo presses down on the base of my own cock, which feels very realistic. The whole setup is secure and genuinely feels like real sex. Each thrust adds pressure to the top/base of my cock (assuming it’s hard—which it usually is because denial is a huge fetish for me; perversely, I get harder without actual penetration than when I do). This provides quite a lot of pleasure mixed with frustration. I think this method would work and feel better than an extension device, although I haven’t tried one personally yet. Even stroking the strap-on's dildo after sex feels real enough. My wife enjoys it so much that we rarely use my actual penis anymore now. The Doc Johnson gear is great quality. The only downside is the limited size options; when we bought our kit initially, the 8" model was significantly bigger and thicker than expected (especially considering I am about 7.5 inches long myself). I probably should have gone with a 7.5 model instead, which would likely still be larger than my natural state. There are various materials available. This is the one we bought: ... tics-dildo and it feels and behaves very realistically. The UR3 model offers an even more realistic feel, though it requires a bit more maintenance. Anyway, we are loving this approach. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it myself. My wife (and our live-in partner) keep me chaste and ready to go. Whenever she says the word, I grab my strap-on and actually look forward to sex rather than wishing for the old-fashioned way!

This is interesting... One of our main issues arises after a longer denial period (by long I mean around two to three weeks). When we finally let him have a release, he finishes too quickly. We know we need more time building his ability to hold back his orgasm, but perhaps one of these extension devices would help stretch things out. I am slightly apprehensive though—I don’t want some "monster dong" that ends up being painful.

I’m not sure of the specific brand, but I bought a cyberskin sleeve/sheath (whatever it's officially called). It works great, especially when paired with a numbing condom. We haven't used it recently, but the frustration of having sex while feeling absolutely nothing is mind-bending. Mrs. GH doesn’t seem to mind the extra size at all.;-)

I bought something inexpensive a while back. It was as hard as a rock—if it had a wick on top, you could have used it as a candle! Needless to say, it wasn’t the best experience for either of us. I’m letting some time pass before bringing up the subject again with her. She is missing out on PIV (penis-in-vagina) sex, and I am missing serious denial time, so I hope my next purchase will be a positive one.

That's the curse isn't it? We often end up spending twice as much by buying "starter" toys that aren’t nearly as good as what we originally wanted. The first harness I bought was poor quality; it came with a dildo you could slip your cock into, but like the one mentioned earlier, it was made of hard plastic! That current harness is just decent enough to hold one of my girls' dildos, so at least we can experiment with it. The model that I and my wife bought is good overall, but the harness itself was a bit fussy. Because I have smaller hips than an average woman (even though it's listed as unisex) and the dildo weighs quite a lot, I had trouble keeping the straps tight enough. The Doc Johnson leather harness is excellent because it has buckles and can be adjusted in three different ways, allowing for a snug fit. Honestly, a good strap-on with an open crotch design, combined with your cock locked securely in its chastity device, creates a really cool experience. It’s almost like DIY cuckolding in some respects.

I can see that...seeing her go in and out without feeling anything inside you gets your mind into the right space. It could feel almost as if someone else were doing it. Except *my* cuckold fantasy involves being bound, lying underneath, and watching with my testicles bulging from Mrs.'s tightly clenched fist: "Look at it! Oh, it feels so good now; lick my clit and make me feel even better..."

I've tried that position before, and it is great fun. It’s a bit more difficult than what you see in the videos sometimes though. I wasn't bound at the time (though I hadn’t cummed for two months by then and didn’t plan to that day either), but they did finish together, which was tons of fun. Logistically it can be tricky, but worth it.

I don’t really see it as a curse personally... Sure, hindsight makes you think "damn I/we wish I/we would have bought the better X when we started..." IF you end up liking it. That's the key point. For example, even though custom-fit devices like MM are good quality, I’d find it hard to strongly recommend one to a newbie... because if they don’t like it, that’s a lot of money wasted compared to something cheaper like a CB 6k. Take my KH and me as an example: we’re interested in sounding and similar activities. Those aren't cheap when you buy a full set or stainless steel "jewelry" pieces... But you can find single sounds or silicone jewelry for much less that are still good quality. It’s better to try them out first so you don’t lose lots of money if they turn out not to be your thing. Anyway, back on the topic of the extension device: I actually just came across one last night while browsing Mr S Leather with my KH that you might like. It's called the Gymboy Cock Extender, and I think it answers one of the biggest issues I always saw with devices like this... How do they stay securely in place! Usually, you have to get hard, stay hard, and if it’s too tight or loose... plus since these (probably/ideally) reduce your sensation while using them. It seems like a big recipe for disaster otherwise. But this one has a piece that wraps around the balls as well. Also, because it's supposedly stretchy, you might be able to wear it over another device too. That would be quite cool and really interesting to see/do.
