Long-Term Use of a Metal Device by Men Who Are Uncircumcised

Has anyone who is uncut managed to wear a metal contraption like the MM or Lori for an extended period (around four weeks or longer) while staying clean without ever taking it off? I’m thinking about getting one, but I’m not certain if that’s realistic. Cheers!

A few uncut fellows have mentioned success with the Looker made by steelworxx. The urethral insert seems to keep things aligned and out of the way.
