Can't Fit Into the CB6000s

Whenever I attempt to wear my CB6000s, it feels like my testicles don’t drop low enough; I simply can’t get both my balls and penis inside. They sit just below the crotch without hanging down sufficiently for me to put the device on. Any suggestions or helpful advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

I've read that soaking in a hot tub for a while helps some guys. The idea is that the heat encourages your testicles to drop. Can you wrap your hand around your penis and balls, forming a ring with your fingers? If yes, then at least you know it's not a fundamental physical limitation, but just a matter of figuring out how to make it work.
