MM Queens Keep Paired with a Penis Ambulation Device

Hi everyone. I’m new to the community but have been lurking for a while, trying to track down an answer to this issue and hoping for some guidance. My search hasn’t turned up anything quite matching my specific situation, I’m using a MM queens keep along with a PA. Security cables haven’t worked well because being uncut means the cable pinches my foreskin, which hurts. Jewelry attached directly to the front bars pulls on the piercing too. I didn't realize it was possible to have a PA while uncut. Does that cause any issues?
