Over the last week or two, I endured eight days of tease and denial before finally giving in. However, I decided to release the pressure because I was suffering immense pain from my groin and lower abdomen. It actually happened while I was on a date and nearly ruined it. Then it messed up Easter dinner since I could barely eat. I thought it was just blue balls that would pass, but between days 6 and 8, the discomfort was almost constant. I’ve gone for 14 days before and experienced moments of it, but they used to ease after a while.
My question is: aside from teasing myself less, is there anything else I can do to avoid this pain? Does it get worse or cause problems later on? I’d really like to go beyond 14 days, but if there’s no teasing at all, doesn’t that kind of defeat the purpose?
It really depends on the type of pain you're having. When we first started chastity play, I used to get a lot of pressure and discomfort because I wanted my base ring as tight and secure as possible. Now, after a year plus a month straight in it, comfort is more important to us. It's not loose, but it isn't super tight either. The security aspect of chastity is largely mental; anyone can take these cages off if they really need to.
For the last few days I haven't been wearing anything. The issue was abdominal pain that stopped as soon as I relieved the pressure. It's day 4 for me now with virtually no stimulation, and I'm afraid to do any self-teasing or whatever else.
Eek... idk. I guess you're a grower? Well, I would do just that: try not to touch yourself and see if it causes any problems. It could also be the chastity cage.
