Bon4 Stainless Steel

I’ve searched for reviews but there aren’t many… Anyone tried the Bon4 in stainless steel? I’m worried about the silicone model holding too much heat. It needs to be the bigger size, not the short one. Hoping someone with experience can share their thoughts.
