I began practicing OD with my wife roughly a year back. I remember managing to hold out for around 24 hours at most because the thrill of being denied an orgasm was so strong that just three or four strokes were sufficient to make me cum.
These days, I can go longer than a week, and we engage in PIV sessions about four to five times weekly. I’m not entirely sure how I manage such duration during sex, but it works out. It feels like the exercise is paying off.
My question now is: will this settle into a routine? I’ve noticed that my arousal has become more standard; six months ago, I seemed to have erections constantly throughout the day.
What are your thoughts?
