“Leitzmann’s research showed that men who ejaculate between 13 and 20 times monthly face a prostate cancer risk reduced by 14% compared to those with average ejaculation rates of about 4-7 times per month throughout most adult years. Those achieving more than 21 ejaculations a month see their lifetime prostate cancer risk drop by 33% relative to the standard group.” ( … _ptate.htm)
This suggests that lower ejaculation frequency correlates with increased PC vulnerability. What do you all think?
It would be fascinating to see the prostate cancer statistics among celibate monks! On a serious note, without comprehensive statistical data, this is merely another figure pending future confirmation or refutation. I personally remain completely unconcerned. d
Quickly, I'd like to share... prior to launching this enjoyable journey, we consulted a urologist for advice. My concern centered on long-term orgasm denial and the potential suppression of erections. We learned that for active, healthy men, it isn't mandatory to have an orgasm/ejaculate or manually express the prostate; your body handles everything naturally. The only scenario requiring caution is if you have a personal history of prostatitis or prostate cancer, or are generally less fit. If such a history exists, just ensure occasional manual expression. That's my two cents!:)
