Shock collars for the Jailbird and genital area

Has anyone found a reliable shock collar that works with the Jailbird or can be worn generally in the genital region? I’ve noticed some threads suggesting dog shock collars, but I’m struggling to picture how they’d connect.

I also know about the DreamLover 2000, but unless we get lucky financially, it seems out of reach for me.
