How frequently do you experience accidental orgasms?

How frequently do you experience nocturnal emissions or otherwise come without meaning to while performing oral sex on your wife, and so forth? For me, it happens roughly once every few months (although I’m relatively new to wearing the cage, I’ve practiced enforced chastity for over ten years now under a trust-based system; I only recently picked up the specific terms). Even though I get to have penetrative sex just about two days out of each month (spending the rest giving oral), I usually manage several chances during those couple of days to relieve the buildup. Think of it as bingeing:) What has your experience been regarding unplanned orgasms?

If I wait more than two and a half weeks, I can't stop the spontaneous release of semen. While I have managed to go without an orgasm for longer periods, it seems like if I extend past two weeks, my body just involuntarily ejects the seed. This has occurred four times over the last year. They weren't "ruined" orgasms in the sense that there was no manual stimulation involved. However, they all happened while I was unlocked. Maybe I could stretch it out further if I stayed locked constantly. I'm mostly on an honor system myself, too. By the way, the idea of ejaculating simply from pleasuring my wife sounds wonderful.
