Penis-only gadgets. Worth considering?

Hello all. I’m a newcomer too. We’re still searching for the perfect gadget. The ones that keep the testicles contained don’t work for me because of a somewhat uncommon issue called cryptorchidism. To put it simply, my balls tend to pull back up into the body frequently, sometimes staying there for months on end. So, I’m considering options like the Kali ring or Mike’s spikes. These are worn just on the penis and aim to disrupt erections instead of caging the testicles themselves. Does anyone have experience with these that could help me decide? Thanks.:)

I thought Mike's Spikes were a bit too heavy for my liking. I do own Kali's Teeth Bracelet, though, and that gadget from MCN is quite lightweight. It does offer a pretty intense experience, however!

We are currently using a Lori's 5. This model relies on a Prince Albert piercing to anchor the tube, with friction between the tube and shaft keeping it secure. It is custom-fabricated and really needs to be. The internal diameter of the tube must be precise—if it's too small, you'll get edema; if it's too large, it slides down onto the piercing, which can hurt. I consider this the most comfortable option we've tested by far. There was no contest: no chafing, no need for ointments, and no hot spots developing. We're still waiting to see how it holds up during long-term use. The device isn't designed to cause pain and allows for partial erections, but don't expect much more satisfaction than that while wearing it. Shipping can be a bit slow. This might not be an issue if you haven't had your Prince Albert piercing yet, since the healing period could take longer than delivery. Larger piercings tend to work better. I'm using a 6ga size and probably would prefer a 4ga. The Grinder
