Sizing Up the Holy Trainer Ring

Hello! I’m looking to get started with chastity alongside my partner. We’ve chosen the Holy Trainer; it has plenty of good feedback and appears suitable for extended wear. I am attempting to size myself for the A-ring using the string method, consistently getting a result near 150 mm (suggesting a 50 mm ring). I consider myself average-sized overall, but many suggest choosing the next smaller size if you are uncertain. I’m not entirely confident in my technique, yet whenever I wrap the string around both penis and scrotum tightly, that is roughly what I measure. What have others experienced? Was dropping down a size workable given the ring’s ergonomic shape? Or should I stick with 50 mm to match my measurements?

Since the HT ring fits ergonomically, you might actually fit into a smaller size. I purchased mine with two rings—the 45 and the 50—for peace of mind, but I've never needed to use the larger one. Now that it has been about two months, I am very accustomed to wearing it; I think I could manage an even tighter fit by switching down to a 40.
