My wife appreciates the open design because it allows her to play. For me, though, the limited access isn't great when I'm trying to climax; it just adds more frustration. Yes, a vibrator works well with almost any device of this type, but I've grown accustomed to the bliss of my wife's touch and find little need for doing it myself.
