No device in the universe seems to keep me contained — assistance requested

Greetings all, I have an issue I hope some of you might recognize and can advise on. Finding general info elsewhere hasn’t been easy for me. To start: I’ve dabbled with chastity devices for roughly a year. My collection includes a Bon4M, a Birdlocked Neo, and several inexpensive Chinese clones of the CB-6000 / 6000S. Despite these models being built from very different materials and featuring various adjustable rings or flexible bases (like the Neo), they all share the same problem. The core issue: My ball capture devices keep slipping off. I really can’t figure out why. I’ve tried comfortable-fitting rings, downgraded a size, and even used devices with such tiny rings that I needed a cold shower just to get them on. The ring is tight enough that you couldn’t slide a thread under it — until one testicle slips free and the whole thing drops off. There’s another unique aspect of my anatomy that might be contributing. Even though I’m average-sized when erect, I shrink down significantly when flaccid; in fact, I can disappear completely to the end of any tube. This was especially problematic with the Birdlocked Neo because my glans would get trapped inside the silicone ring. With the Bon4M and the CB-6000S clones, however, the head doesn’t get stuck at the top, but unless I’m somewhat aroused, I don’t fill either tube completely. Other relevant details:
- Despite being overweight (I stand 6ft tall and weigh 280 lbs; not a 450 lb giant), devices have fallen off while I was naked and lying on my back or side. Unless I’m very careful to keep my anatomy from touching my legs, sitting down puts the device at risk of falling out.
- My longest wear time with any device has been about 36 hours before it fell; the shortest was only 5 minutes. A device can feel rock-solid and secure one moment, then start slipping off ten seconds later. The discussions on this topic are scarce because most talk focuses on anti-removal for the head and shaft. I hope someone here knows this specific problem and can guide me. I’d be happy to address my weight if it would help, but since this happens even when I’m barely moving or naked, I doubt it’s just about mass.
It sounds like your gap is too wide.
The gaps are likely too large and the cage might be a bit long. A custom device with a snug-fitting cage would probably work better. Adding a PA piercing makes it certain!
What do you mean by "gap too big"? Is that between the tube and the cage? The CB6000 models I tried had various configurable gaps adjustable with spacers, but I still slipped out even at the smallest settings. Or sometimes the rings themselves broke (this happened in several cases). Since ring-breaking is mentioned as a problem even on authentic devices, I was hesitant to spend more money on another one. Are there devices available that have small gaps without relying on easily broken plastic? Also, yes, piercing is an option, but see above regarding my sizing differences between flaccid and erect states. I'm worried the pulling force from a piercing could cause its own issues. Plus, those piercings take quite a while to heal, and my partner isn't entirely sold on the idea. So for now, piercing isn't a viable path.
Hi It sounds familiar; we had the same issue. We fixed it by using a Chinese CB600 and drilling out the padlock hole to 5mm. This eliminates the play between the cage and the ring. The result is that there's no way for the testicles to fit through the gap now. If my explanation isn't clear, let me know and I'll post some pictures. After our modification, it really seems impossible to get it off.
I personally prefer a larger ring with a smaller ball gap. One of my testicles acts like it's Houdini, but since I got my custom steel **chastity** cage (the $250 Contender from ), I haven't had any issues at all. I went for a short, snug cage with a small gap and a wider base ring. Good luck!
