Foreskin piercing for the padlock

Greetings everyone, Although I’m new to this community, I’ve been around the block when it comes to chastity. I’ve worn various devices for several years now. My spouse and I are considering whether we should switch from locking me in a cage to piercing my uncircumcised foreskin so we can thread the padlock right through it. Feel free to share your thoughts and any personal experiences regarding this method.

Hygiene is my main concern. It doesn't look entirely safe to me. A ring designed for this purpose that connects externally from the cage to the padlock might be a good solution, but I'm not sure what exactly you plan to attach the padlock to in order to maintain your chastity.
