Questions regarding the base ring

I recently acquired my jailbird cage and am struggling with putting the base ring on and taking it off. I used the same size as my CB6000, which feels good once secured. Any advice?

You will adapt and discover a method that suits you. My routine is: slide one ball through and pull as much scrotum skin behind it before pushing the second ball in (I use zero lube for this step). Then, I loop my index finger and thumb into a ring shape behind the balls, add a touch of lubricant, and slip the cock through. Once released, if the size is right, everything stays put. Finally, I apply some hand lotion to "arrange" things comfortably before sliding on the cage (for me, that's the Contender).

It took me a bit to master it until I stopped being so delicate because I paid good money for my custom cage. The first ball slides in easily; I shift it aside, gather the loose skin of the other ball, and just push it through. You'd be amazed at how much you can compress your testicles. Just shove one through, then move it fully to the side so only scrotum skin remains in the ring, leaving plenty of room for the second ball. I simply place my fingers under that second ball and guide it through. Zero pain.

I agree with both of you regarding getting the balls in first. I would add that you should experiment to see which ball goes in first. My left one is slightly larger than my right; I can't comfortably put on my base ring if I insert the right one first. Removing it will just be the reverse process.
