Modifying the Holytrainer V2

Hi there,

I really appreciate the HolytrainerV2, but the pee slot’s placement got on my nerves. To me, it sat too high up, causing urine to accumulate in the cage and spray out everywhere. It was a flaw I couldn’t quite tolerate, which pushed me toward sticking with either The Curve or the CB6000.

However, I remembered owning a Dremel tool and decided to modify my V2 myself, primarily by widening that opening.

This adjustment lets me extend the time between deep cleans and makes spot-cleaning much simpler while it’s still on. Here is what turned out:
