I'd be happy to offer 200 EUR, though I know this is a significant drop from your asking price. Actually, I've been hunting for a device without the base ring—like a tube jacket or similar—and I'll need a new 6mm shackle as well. So, my bid is mostly out of curiosity in case you don't sell it at your preferred price. I'm located in Scandinavia.
