Does anyone here use Financial Domination?

I was wondering if anyone here who does chastity and/or FLR also practices findom? In our dynamic, my wife and I do use some financial domination elements, but we want to ramp it up.

We both believe that money equals power, and she should hold all the cards. However, since me and my keyholder aren’t around each other much during the workweek, I need a way to cover necessities like gas and groceries when she’s not there.

Currently, I basically have access to everything…credit cards, checking accounts, savings. If I want to make non-essential purchases, I ask her permission. It works reasonably well, but honestly, she doesn’t really control the money because I still have access if I push for it.

We are looking for a way to tighten her grip without leaving me stranded in an emergency or unable to fill up the car tank. I’d love to hear how others handle findom and any tips you might offer.

She could get a credit card with a very low limit, or keep small amounts of cash in her checking account. Nowadays, she can see exactly when and how you spend it. Another idea: if your paycheck goes into a joint account that automatically sweeps most funds into an account only she controls.

We've always kept separate accounts, except for one shared business account. You could use a reloadable debit card if you prefer not to carry cash. She can load it with a set amount, and you'd need to account for how much is spent.
