Let me start by saying I drive heavy equipment for a living. Twelve hour shifts, rotating between day and night work with plenty of bouncing around. The first unit I tried was a knockoff KHD Espresso model—first the plastic version that broke quickly, then the metal one. I like how secure the tube feels within the ring design; it makes pulling out difficult. Plus, having the tube point downward helps prevent erections, which is a big turn-on for me. The issue arises at work where the back of the tube rubs against my pelvic bone, causing sharp pain. The large base ring pushes my testicles forward, creating hernia-like discomfort that forces me to reach for my emergency keys. My second device was an HT V3 knockoff which also stops erections (at least for me) but suffers from the same rubbing issue with my pelvic bone (perhaps adjustable by changing how I sit?). This one tends to pinch quite a bit between the tube and ring. Even in Nano size, I shrink enough that urinating can be messy. That led me to choose comfort over security, so now I’m using something similar to an A271. It lacks high security since I can easily pull out from behind, but it doesn’t stop erections completely; the shaft just grows as far back as my testicles allow. I’ve worn this one for three consecutive days with few issues. I feel it’s better than wearing nothing at all. Any thoughts or comments are appreciated.

@jawwwbreaker > I drive heavy equipment for a living. Twelve hour shifts. Rotating day to night shift. A lot of bouncing around. Since you operate heavy machinery, I agree that comfort should be your top priority. If the security features of your cage are causing constant pain at work, it could jeopardize both your job and possibly your chastity too. Do you stick to an honor system so you don't remove the cage for *personal* reasons? Have you considered covering your cage with a small athletic sock? That might alleviate the pelvic pain and definitely help reduce pinching (just my humble opinion).
