DHGate Stainless Steel Nub Sizing and Fitment Discussion

I’m looking for advice on the DH gate stainless steel Nub. I’ve heard that getting the ring size right is key, and it’s often suggested to pick a bigger one. Right now, I use an A273 from DHgate with a 45 MM ring. It fits well enough overall, and I wear it around the clock.

I want to make sure my money isn’t wasted if there are fitment issues. If it’s too big, testicles slip through; if it’s too small, I get ball burn and discomfort.

With the plastic version of this device, I need a ring that is slightly larger than usual. The tube inserts into the base ring and effectively reduces its internal diameter. However, without being snug, it tends to slide down quite a bit.
