Losing Weight with Chastity

Hello there! I just joined this community and have been wondering about chastity, though I do want to share that my weight has dropped thanks to it. I began at 82 kg (180 lb), aiming for a weekly loss of 1 kg. Currently, I’m sitting at 77 pounds.:P If the week’s goal isn’t met, I remain locked until I succeed. It is becoming increasingly difficult. Only when I hit that final target of 73 kg will I be allowed to cum. What are your thoughts on this method? Do you have any other advice for me? /Dragzino
