Piercing the foreskin

Hi everyone, Has anyone used a foreskin piercing to lock into a chastity device? I am uncut and my foreskin is too tight for a PA. I can’t quite see how tension on the piercing would be an issue with a snug cage. It will only pull against the cage if I try to pullout, which I won’t do since I’d know it was impossible. The other direction is forwards when aroused, and that just pushes you towards the front of the cage where the piercing attaches - so no tension there either. Am I missing something or does this really work? Cheers
