Choosing the Correct Holytrainer Cage

I plan to purchase a Holytrainer v4 cage. The one I currently own is likely the WISH knockoff. It’s the small version, and since it comes with all ring sizes, I go for the 45mm ring. According to the measurement guide on the HT website, I should be using a 50mm ring. However, when I do, one of my testicles tends to slip out, which can be painful. Here are my measurements:

Relaxed (not supported by balls): 6.5-8cm | 2.5 - 3.1 inches — varies day-to-day

Erect (supported by the cage/balls): 16-17cm | 6.3 - 6.7 inches — varies day-to-day

Circumference around balls and cock: 15-15.5cm | 5.9 - 6.1 inches — varies day-to-day

I’d love to hear your thoughts on which cage size would suit me best: is it closer to the SMALL or the NANO? Also, can I stick with the original 50mm ring, or is a 45mm one still better? Is there any real difference between the fake and genuine versions in that regard? What sizes do you typically use for both your cage and ring? And what are your cock dimensions? Just so I have something to compare against.
