Long-Term Chastity and the Use of Urethral Tubes (UTs)

I’m starting to consider long-term chastity and realize that using a urethral tube (UT) is likely necessary for those without piercings who are serious about preventing pull-outs. As you know, UTs come in both off-the-shelf and custom cages, so my impression is that they’re quite common. My main worry is the potential for damage or urinary tract infections from using them. I’d appreciate your thoughts and information based on your own experiences. Thanks.
