Ball Burn Relief and Adjustments

As a newcomer here, I have a query. Does anyone know if there are remedies for ball burn, or is it just about enduring and adapting? Right now, I apply vitamin E oil before putting on the ring. However, after sitting at my desk for an hour, the pain sets in.
