Seeking Advice for a Newly Minted Dominant Wife

We’re relatively new to this. I’ve been in chastity for nine months, and my wife has “slowly” come around. She’s only four months into the journey and hesitant about taking on dominance, punishment, spanking, or discipline duties. This question is aimed more at the Femdoms (ladies) here on the Forum. Is there a book or website that helped you evolve into your current Domme role? Was or is mentoring available? What’s the best way for me to support her in comfortably stepping into this position?
