Balinitis

Has anyone dealt with this issue while wearing a cage? My primary device is made of Stainless Steel but lacks air holes, featuring just a small slit at the end. Any assistance or guidance would be greatly appreciated. P.S. I keep it on from about lunchtime until 8 or 9 AM the next day, cleaning once or twice daily.
