Advice on the right type, style, and size of cage to choose?

I’ve experimented with several different cage models, though I might revisit some of the others once I have more experience. My journey has ranged from my original plastic model—which was likely too large and uncomfortable to wear comfortably again—down to a metal flat-style cage.

Currently, my most comfortable option is the HoD S107 small size with a 45mm hinged ring. However, I do have two specific concerns:

1. About thirty minutes after insertion, once I am fully flaccid, the cage fills up to only about half its capacity (I’m roughly 1.5–1.75 inches flaccid and 4.5–5 inches erect, with relatively modest girth). When semi-flaccid, it works well and urination is fine, but being uncut means that when fully flaccid, the excess skin can interfere with peeing.
2. When I need to void while flaccid, I have to pull the foreskin back each time, bringing me close to the point where the cage might slip out, which isn’t ideal.

I’ve ordered a new cage that shares a similar design but features a 304 stainless steel urethral tube and is about 5mm shorter in length. It also has a 41mm hinged ring. I have worn cages with metal urethral tubes before, specifically one that was quite flat; unfortunately, it only lasted for short periods.

Any advice, tips, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. :D
