Metal chastity cage with a urethral tube for the long term?

Hello everyone. Quick question… What is the maximum duration anyone has kept on a metal chastity cage equipped with a urethral tube? How frequently do you take it off to clean or disinfect it? Has anyone experienced a UTI or kidney infection while wearing this kind of device? Any advice for preventing these health problems? Thanks in advance.
