Padding

Does it help to put sanitary pads or another type of padding between the cage and your trousers, especially near the crotch seam? Sometimes that seam decides to press against both sides of the cage at the worst moment, pinching your testicles or scrotum. Solid-backed chairs can do this too by pushing the ring upward and dragging everything along with it.
