Greetings all. My Wife and I started our MC/FLR journey about 45 days back. Life is better for both of us in this relationship than ever before, and in others too. Grace has decided that as long as the marriage holds, I’ll be wearing a CD permanently. That makes me incredibly happy. We’ve been hunting for exactly what we need, but nothing feels quite right yet. Right now I’m using the Curve model, with a rubber drillchuck “keyholder” looped through my PA and back into the lock’s hasp. It seems like solid protection against pulling out; if I were to slip up, there’d be no hiding it (the mental CD is pretty strong too). Long story short, we’re aiming for metal eventually. We checked out MM designs and liked their tube option, but She worries I’ll have too much freedom at the head. Ideally, merging an MM tube with a Loris one would hit the sweet spot. An integrated barrel lock would be a nice bonus. The main thing holding back my Wife is complexity on her end. Even just fastening the keychuck strap draws loud sighs from her when I put it on. So avoiding extra screws, different keys, and other complications is crucial. Comfort for long-term wear matters too. I want something I can keep on all year round (right now She removes it at night so she sleeps better). I’d love a device that lets me sleep through the night without issue, though we might be getting ahead of ourselves. Any guidance in the right direction would be appreciated. Thank you

You’ll get *some* freedom there, but you won’t be able to do much with it. It’s not like you can just come through it easily. > member_4cfd7f4185 wrote:I would love a device that I can sleep through the night with, but we are getting ahead of ourselves. That happens as time goes on. Your body needs to get used to the compression sensation. Unless you force yourself and start wearing it at night right away, you’ll never quite manage it for nighttime wear. It’s a bit like chicken or egg.
I feel the "some access" isn't as huge an issue as the difficulty in securing the PA. My current setup works fine; however, when I have a tired, restless keyholder trying to snap it shut, I get quite anxious about her frustration. I definitely want to sleep through the night with it on. I’ve had allergies and am taking Nyquil every night, sleeping soundly (albeit in my cage). I wonder if the Nyquil-induced daze is making my brain ignore the CD?
