Steelworxx device ring dimensions and returns

I just got a Steelworxx device and I’m really happy with it, except the large ring (the one positioned behind the balls) is slightly oversized. If I decide to order a smaller version from them, do I need to return the whole unit, or can I send back just that big ring? They could then create a new ring sized correctly for the rest of the device, much like how this current one fits despite being a bit large. I’m sure some folks here have bought Steelworxx devices and had to deal with returns because the ring was the wrong size. I’d love to hear how your resizing or return process went. I haven't needed any modifications on my steelworxx myself, but from what I understand, the entire unit needs to be sent back. -A
