Yes, my penis is just average size, so I went with the CB-6000S as it seemed like the right pick. However, even using the biggest ring available, it feels like Marduk has clamped his iron grip onto my testicles! This makes me question whether my balls are larger than what most people have when they get this type of device. I was considering sanding down some plastic and re-laminating it to adjust the fit, but I wanted your opinions first…
I bought my CB-6000S because of my average-sized penis and received it in the mail recently. The issue is that when I wear it with the largest ring size, it remains quite tight around my testicles. It makes me wonder if I have larger balls than the typical person buying this device... Also, I can't sleep while wearing it, and after just a few hours, I need to take it off. Could sanding down and re-laminating the plastic help? Or are there possibly larger rings available elsewhere?
Hello Fonetik, welcome... We have quite a few people here who use the CB-6000. Hopefully someone can give you some assistance! D
Fonetik, welcome to the forum. It could be several different issues. You didn't mention where you bought your device, but make sure it is an authentic product and not a replica. There are many copies floating around online. Check the A L Miller website or visit an authorized retailer like to ensure you have access to the largest ring option. Another possibility is that you have a "high and tight" scrotum configuration. I suggest soaking in a very warm bath to help your balls relax, then attempting to put on the base ring again. Use plenty of good lubricant at first until your skin adapts and toughens up slightly. Your body will adjust over time. Please watch for signs that your testicles are turning blue or if you experience numbness; remove the device immediately in those cases. If you have more questions, we're always happy to help.
It is definitely genuine because I ordered it directly from Anyway, I suppose soaking them in a bowl of warm water could work until my body gets used to the fit. That seems like a viable option, though I'd really prefer just getting an upsized ring...
Hi Fonetik, Welcome to the forum. Did you also begin with the largest spacer? If not, that might be contributing to your discomfort. You may need both the largest ring AND the largest spacer together. If that doesn't solve it, a custom device from makers like Mature Metal or Stellworxx could be worth considering.

Thanks for your help, brother. I can confirm that I used the correct combination of spacer and ring...

That isn't necessarily a bad thing (aside from the extra cost). My cb-6000s is very comfortable as it is, but I would love to switch to a metal device eventually.
Thinking about it now, the largest base ring included with the CB-6000 isn't actually that large. I started out using it but eventually switched to the second-largest size, and I'm not particularly a big guy.
I began with the CB-2000 many years ago. The angle of that device (which is a common complaint) caused discomfort in my scrotum due to being somewhat high and tight. I acquired a 1 1/2" to 2" leather ball stretcher equipped with Velcro. When I first started, I could only tolerate the loosest setting for about 15-30 minutes. With persistence, I managed to wear it for over an hour without discomfort. Then I began tightening the band gradually while maintaining comfort. This process stretched my scrotum skin slowly, making the CB-2000 more comfortable. By that time, the CB-3000 was released; once I found the right ring size, there were no issues with scrotal pain. This gradual progression has allowed me to wear my current CB-6000s using only KSD as a spacer. I experience no discomfort even with this close fit.
How long did the stretching process take for you?
Initially, I would do this routine about once or twice a week. It took roughly three months before the Cb-2000 began to feel more comfortable. Given its different angle, I believe the CB-6000 might adapt even faster.
I'm still waiting for mine to stretch out. I've been wearing some form of device continuously for six months now. I don't think it's going to happen soon. -A
