CB Range discussion

I’m thinking about buying the Holy Trainer. My current plastic CB 6000s have a problem: when I sit in the car, the rigid plastic levers lift up and push the device into me, causing pain. What I need is a sheath that can deform enough to be soft. Is the clear HT version soft enough to feel like silicone, or only slightly softer? Has anyone used it? Cheers! js
