My Mistress/wife and I have been experimenting with on-and-off chastity for about a year. Right now, I am locked up (one week today, two weeks left!) and we are taking it more seriously this time around. Here is our current list of rules;

Rules:

1. Three weeks in the cage; this duration can be adjusted as Mistress decides. However, sissy may not cum unless given permission.
2. Sissy must keep her boy parts shaved at all times. Mistress will inspect them whenever she wants. Any stray hairs result in one extra day added to the sentence.
3. When Mistress and sissy are alone, sissy must wear panties (or whatever other clothing Mistress deems appropriate). Failure to comply adds an extra day to chastity.
4. Sissy needs to purchase suitable underwear herself. She must explain why she picked each pair of panties and what she likes about them (just as importantly, what feels awkward or dislikes her).
5. No looking at pornography unless instructed by Mistress. If sissy finds any images particularly interesting or arousing, they should be sent to Mistress with an explanation for their appeal. Looking without permission costs one extra day in chastity.
6. Submit a daily report detailing how well behaved sissy was and what she feels deserves as reward or punishment.
7. Wear a nightie while sleeping at all times; one will be ordered together with agreement from the Mistress.
8. Perform tasks without question, which may include but isn’t limited to: A) Cleaning (wearing whatever attire Mistress sees fit) B) Acting as Mistresses dog for any period she desires (Dogs cannot talk, are forbidden from furniture, and eat/drink out of a bowl. They also urinate outside). C) Cooking D) Anything else that fits.
9. Bad behavior includes sissy being moody, grumpy, or needy. This adds at least one day to the sentence.
10. Sissy will [likely] get chances to beg/negotiate for release. Asking for release outside these specific occasions results in an extra day added to the chastity term.
11. Sissy must never refer to herself as “I”; always use terms like sissy, slave, panty boy, chastity boy, etc.
12. The description of sissys genitalia should accurately reflect their pathetic nature. Suitable words include clitty, dickette, cockette, sissystick, teeny weeny, pee pee, etc. These terms must always be prefixed with descriptors like small, tiny, teeny weeny, micro, and so on. Under no circumstances may sissy call her little organ a cock, dick, manhood, nob, or similar; those are words for real men.

Any other ideas people think we should have? Also, we are interested in humiliation/punishment concepts.
