Introductions discussion

Alright, I need some more assistance from everyone. I’m currently figuring out the right size for my device and have hit a bit of a roadblock with the internal diameter; photos are attached showing me wearing one of each option. My goal is to get it fitting snugly like a second skin, but I’m concerned that 1 1/8 inches might be too tight even if it doesn’t restrict blood flow—it feels like I’m caught between two sizes. I’m also wondering how the slight compression against the shaft affects things and what difference there really is compared to a full cage setup.
